Projects for Clients

Remediation, Environmental Biotechnology

Advised two different Japanese environmental firms on the structure of U.S. remediation and bioremediation markets, and on a specific topic relating to regulation of soil remediation. Helped one of these firms identify and contact possible U.S. suppliers of bioremediation technology for import into Japan.

Advised a diversified Australian company on U.S. and international remediation and bioremediation markets, with emphasis on specific subsectors offering attractive growth opportunities.

Conducted several market research projects for a leading phytoremediation company, including assessment of potential new markets for its technology, and on the economics of competing technologies for remediation of heavy metals from soils and groundwater. More recently, assisted the same company in an SBIR-funded project to assess possible market expansion for phytoremediation technologies.

Prepared a comprehensive report on international markets, technologies and economics for remediation of a major class of environmental contaminants, for a European division of a major multinational corporation.
